80bad2e7ba OCR doesn't read it for some reason. Properties, settings, preferences, what? I try Preferences, then Accessibility, and don't see what you're seeing. Then simply use the right arrow key to go from one cell to the next, each time pressing CtrlV. 3 Wait for the converted file. This will move all the entries in row 5 one column to the right. In your instructions you say:To check the table in the PDF document:Advanced > Accessibility > TouchUp Reading Order. What Acrobat Pro version are you referencing? I'm not sure where you access "Advanced".
However, if you would instead save the file as XPS, copy the table from XPS, and paste back to Excel, you will see that the table retains its original shape, font color, and numeric formatting. A little rearranging might be necessary. The result is shown in Figure 8. A dialogue box will pop up and under Separate Text at, you should select Other and click in the little box next to it; delete what is there and type in a space. You can preview, edit rows and cells, and determine the format of exported data. Any suggestions as this happens fairly often and I hate the manual data entry alternative! Or if you're a coder, automate it using the PDF Tables web API. I get this very helpful error when I try to save as an Excel file, or try to Export Selection As:Save As failed to process this document. I have copy pasted it the usual manner, but it takes it across as a picture.
